Most commercial operators are paying three electricity bills. They only know about one.
Select your facility type. We will show you exactly where your building is losing money and why it does not show up on your bill.
Slash Your Energy Cost
Most commercial operators are overpaying on their electric bill. Almost none of them know by how much. This tells you.
⚡If this calculator can't find you savings in under two minutes, we'll pay our engineer to find them for you.Valid for commercial facilities. $2,000+/month spend. New inquiries only. One per facility. Engineer fee capped at $150.

Canadian incentives that can offset the equipment cost
Federal and provincial programs commonly cover a meaningful share of an efficiency retrofit. We confirm exactly what applies to your equipment on the review.
Accelerated depreciation (CCA Class 43.1/43.2).Eligible energy-efficiency and clean-energy equipment qualifies for accelerated capital cost allowance, so you write the investment off against income faster than ordinary equipment. Your accountant confirms the schedule that applies.
Clean Technology Investment Tax Credit. The federal Clean Technology ITC is a refundable credit of up to 30% of the cost of eligible clean-technology equipment, including qualifying heat pumps and energy storage. The exact rate depends on the equipment and its in-service date.
Provincial rebate programs. Most provinces run their own efficiency rebates (for example Save on Energy in Ontario, BC Hydro incentives, and Efficiency Nova Scotia). These stack on top of the federal measures and vary by utility.
We map the specific incentives to your equipment on the facility review. The above is not tax advice; your accountant confirms what applies to you.
One last question: how does your facility heat today?
This sharpens your estimate. If you heat with gas you'd know, it's a separate bill, so when in doubt we assume electric heat.

Based on your inputs, that is leaving your building this month alone.
You Are Not Paying One Electricity Bill. You Are Paying Three. Only One of Them Shows Up on Your Statement.
01You Are Paying for Power You Never Used
Every month you get a bill for electricity that entered your building and did nothing except damage your most expensive equipment.
02You Are Paying Twice for Every Piece of Equipment
The distorted current that does reach your equipment runs hotter and cycles harder than it should. You bought the equipment once. Dirty power makes you pay for it again in maintenance, and again when it fails early. Roughly half of those service calls are preventable by addressing power quality.
03You Are Replacing Equipment Years Before You Should
Equipment that should run fifteen years fails in eight. That cost does not show up on your energy bill. It shows up as a capital expense that nobody in your organization connects back to power quality. Until now.

Same work. Compounding returns.
We address this in two steps: (1) cleaning the power at the source, and (2) retrofitting your equipment so it runs intelligently.
We almost never recommend replacement. Every other energy company leads with new equipment because that is how they make money. We lead with retrofits because the ROI is almost always better and your existing equipment is usually worth saving.
If you find a better solution, we will pay you a finder's fee for the introduction.
Our process is designed to ISO standards and is fully third-party auditable. We are required by our own process to recommend the highest ROI solution on our platform for your facility. Not because it sounds good. Because our process does not allow anything else.
We do not have customers. We have clients: people under our protection and care. The 22-Minute Facility Review is where that relationship starts.
Your session with an energy strategist is on us. If our engineer cannot find at least one of these three taxes running in your building, we cover their $150 diagnostic fee as well. You pay nothing unless you decide to move forward. No card required.

Your single largest energy load. We optimize the equipment you have and, where it makes sense, upgrade it, targeting inefficiency before it shortens equipment life.

Heating
For buildings running electric heat, replacing it with a high-efficiency heat pump removes a significant share of your bill and eliminates a major source of wasted spend.

Demand charges can make up 30 to 40 percent of a commercial electric bill. We reduce the peak draw that sets your monthly demand reading.

Solar and battery replacement of exterior fixtures. Off-grid means this load disappears from your meter entirely — and the equipment lasts 25 years or more.

About this estimate
This estimator returns a conservative range, not a projection of peak performance. Savings across each program are achieved through a combination of retrofits and replacements, whichever delivers the best return on investment for your specific facility. The approach is performance-based, not vendor-driven.
Actual verified savings depend on a site assessment of equipment, load profile, rate structure, and condition. Energy Plus is an Independent Energy Solutions Partner with no vendor incentive to inflate these figures. Every assumption is editable above.
